Hello Friends,

Please spread the word that Office of Surface Mining (OSM) is in the last stage of revising Black Mesa Project (BMP) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) preliminary.

OSM’s final EIS is expected to be released around the middle of December, thereafter, the public has 30 days to contest.

Please ask all your friends and support groups to send a tax deductible donation to Black Mesa Trust, P.O. Box 33, Kykotsmovi, AZ 86039, to challenge the culturally biased EIS.
